Mila Teshler – MS, OTR/L, SIPT Trained
Mila Teshler is a certified and licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist with twenty years of experience working with infants, children, and adolescents in clinical, school, and home settings. She is the founder and clinic director of KidLink Therapy PC, located in Massachusetts, USA.

Taylor Mason – MS OTR/L
Taylor is a licensed and registered occupational therapist. She earned her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Ithaca College in New York.


Jennifer Papasodoro – OTR/L
Jen is a licensed and registered occupational therapist. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Boston University in 1990. Prior to working at KidLink, Jen worked for over 15 years in public schools and has expertise in supporting students with developing interoceptive awareness, building self-regulation skills, and understanding their sensory profiles.
Elizabeth Cormier – MOT, OTR
Elizabeth (Liz) is a licensed occupational therapist who earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Sciences and Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy at Worcester State University. Since 2016, she has worked with youth from birth to 22 across inpatient, home-based, school, and telehealth settings, including serving as a clinical lead in a residential school. Liz specializes in sensory processing, self-regulation, and emotional development.
A certified yoga instructor (RYT), Liz integrates movement and breath into therapy. She has completed continuing education in the Zones of Regulation, the Alert Program, and the Interoception Curriculum. Liz believes therapy should be collaborative, playful, and tailored to each child’s strengths and family routines. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting with her Cricut machine, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Carrie Carman – MS, OTR
Carrie is a licensed and registered occupational therapist. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology at Skidmore College and her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at Tufts University. Carrie has worked with neurodiverse children in school settings for over 17 years, supporting a wide range of developmental needs. She is passionate about helping children engage in meaningful activities through a fun, play centered therapy approach. Carrie is highly skilled at collaborating with children and families to provide individualized, strengths-based care. Outside of occupational therapy, Carrie enjoys taking walks, attending musicals, listening to music, and exploring new places with her family and rescue dog.
Annika Chan OTD, OTR
Annika is a licensed occupational therapist who earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Behavior and Health Sciences at Boston University and her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at the MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA. She brings a passion for pediatric care and creates interactive, functional, play-based therapy for children and their families.
Certified in Handwriting Without Tears, Annika supports handwriting, fine and gross motor development, social-emotional regulation, and sensory processing. Her experience spans inpatient, mental health, long-term care, and school settings. She values collaboration with parents and educators to promote carryover across environments. Outside of work, Annika enjoys hiking in the White Mountains, coaching ultimate frisbee, traveling, playing board games, and experimenting with new recipes.

Thomas Savini – MOT, OTR
Thomas (Tom) is a licensed occupational therapist who earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Studies and Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy at Worcester State University. With over eight years of experience in residential, outpatient, inpatient, and community settings, he specializes in sensory integration, mindfulness-based self-regulation, and trauma-informed care. He has supported children, adolescents, and adults with diverse needs including autism, ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and brain injuries.
Tom uses play to build confidence and functional skills and partners closely with families to ensure strategies are practical and sustainable. He has completed training in Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) and Building Communities of Care. Outside of work, Tom enjoys following Boston sports and training his dog Delilah toward becoming a therapy dog.
